L8MS – Risk Assessment has been specifically designed to speed up the
process of producing a risk assessment report to allow the reader to
receive and access the report live from a secure web site.

The software has been designed to provide a uniform end product
as efficiently as possible and now conforms to BS8580.

L8MS - Manage

L8MS – Manage is software that has been specifically designed to conform to
L8 the control of legionella bacteria in water systems.

All monitoring schedules can be made specific to reduce the risk of
legionella in your water systems. The software database allows consultants,
service providers and client/building owners to access and control
inspections and monitoring like never before.

L8MS - Manage - Web

L8MS – Manage Web is software that has been specifically designed to replace the on site paper log book, which can seldom be found and is rarely up to date.

The software database can be accessed by a single or multiple user(s) to enter or view data, download or print reports direct from the website without the need to install any software on your PC.

L8MS - Manage - Mobile

L8MS – Manage - Mobile enables an engineer to download direct from the internet his or her site specific monitoring job tasks for the day or week.

Once completed, at the press of a button the results are saved direct into the management database without the need for paper.

The PDA/Mobile device must be compatible with Windows mobile V5.0 – V6.5

L8MS-Manage-Mobile

L8MS-Manage-Mobile has been designed to allow simple on-site collection of water system monitoring results without the need for work sheets or record sheets. For clients with large sites or large numbers of smaller sites the reduction in printing can be very significant. Every task held in L8MS-Manage can be allocated to a responsible person, these tasks can then be selected for transfer to any windows mobile device (v5.0 to 6.5). Each user can select the site or sites they wish to complete (using ActiveSync, WiFi or Mobile 3G connections) and download the tasks to the PDA / mobile for completion off-line (You seldom get good internet in basements). Once the results have been collected the user goes back on-line to send the information back to L8MS-Manage.

A test specific job sheet for every site!

Each site download contains the exact tasks that require completing for example , a rolling temperature monitoring programme taking you to 1/12th of the total outlets each month but ensuring all are covered within the year. The control limits are also supplied so out of specification results are highlighted in red. This reduces errors and sometimes prompts the immediate correction of the fault where possible.

Keep it simple

Sticking to a small purpose built application that runs on Windows mobile (v5 to 6.5) has allowed many of our clients to provide engineers with a simple phone on contract with very limited addition running costs.
